주문 후 2일 ~ 14일 정도 소요됩니다.(토요일/공휴일 제외) 주문제작 상품의 경우 7일~14일 정도 소요됩니다.
10만원 이상 구매시 무료배송이며, 기본 배송료는 3,000원 입니다.(도서,산간지역은 추가비용이 부가됩니다.)
주문 제작 상품에 대한 주문건은 주문 후 24시간 이내에 취소 요청 주신 건에 대해서만 처리가 가능하오니, 이점 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
# 보증기간, A/S
올주얼라이즈 제품 보증기간은 브라스(동)소재는 1개월, 실버/골드 소재는 6개월이며, 고객의 부주의로 인한 제품의 파손 및 분실은 보증 대상에서 제외됩니다.
보증기간 내 보증서 지참시 제품 손상에 대해 무상처리가 가능합니다.
단, 취급 부주의나 잘못된 사용, 사고, 개조 등 손상의 경우는 제외됩니다.
고객 부주의로 인한 A/S는 기간 관계없이 유상처리가 가능합니다.(원석, 다이아몬드의 파손 또는 부속물 분실은 추가비용이 발생됩니다.)
일부 수입상품, 수입 부품 사용제품 및 단종상품의 A/S는 수급 상황에 따라 지연 되거나 대체, 또는 불가할 수 있습니다.
# 교환, 환불
본 제품에 대한 교환, 환불 시에는 제품 보증서를 지참하셔야 합니다.
단순 변심에 의한 교환 환불은 제품의 손상이나 마모가 없는한 구입일로부터 7일 이내에 보증서 지참 후 가능합니다.
(편도, 왕복 택배비는 고객님 부담입니다.)
단, 다음과 같은 경우는 보석 및 제작 특성상 구매 7일 이내라도 교환 및 환불이 불가합니다.
"고객 부주의로 인한 제품에 하자가 생긴 경우, 보증서를 가지고 있지 않은 경우, 제품을 사용하였거나 고객 요청에 의한 주문 제작 상품, 교환 시기가 지난 경우"
#Shipping
It will take from 2 to 14 days (except Saturday/ Holidays) For custom-made products, it takes 7 to 14 days.
It's free delivery for purchases over 100,000 won, and the basic delivery fee is 3,000 won. (Additional costs apply to islands and mountainous areas.)
Orders for custom-made products can only be processed within 24 hours of order cancellation, so please be aware of this.
# Warranty Period, A/S
ALLJEWELRIZE warranty period is 1 month for Brass, 6 months for Silver/Gold, and product damage and loss due to customer negligence are not covered.
If you have a guarantee card within the guarantee period, we will take care of the damaged products free of charge.
However, damages such as careless handling, improper use, accidents, and modifications are excluded.
A/S due to customer negligence can be paid regardless of the period. (Damages of Gemstones, Diamonds or the loss of parts will incur additional costs)
A/S of some imported goods, imported parts products, and discontinued products may be delayed or irreplaceable depending on the supply and demand situation.
# Replacement, Refund
You must bring a guarantee card when you need to exchange or refund.
Replacement and refund because of simple change of mind can be made by carrying a guarantee card within 7 days of the purchase date unless there is damage or wear to the product.
(One-way and round-trip shipping costs have to be payed by customers.)
However, the following cases cannot be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase because of characters of gems and manufacturing.
'If the product is defective due to customer negligence,
If you do not have a warranty,
if you already have used the custom-made products,
if the products have been requested by the customer,
If the exchange period has passed.'
